how to stop winamp from auto create 'playlist' folder in pendrive

when i'm playing mp3 with winamp, each time i insert my pendrive, winamp will keep searching my pendrive, after that it automatically create a 'playlist' folder in my pendrive. can anyone tell me how to stop winamp from auto create this folder? this is very annoying!!!

my pendrive don't have any music / video file, but winamp still keep searching each time i insert my pendrive even after it already create the 'playlist' folder previously. sometime i cannot stop & unplug my pendrive even after i closed winamp.

note:
i'm using vista home basic & winamp 5.24. i already disable winamp agent, uncheck 'restore file associations at winamp start-up', uncheck 'launch winamp for audio cds'.

winamp never prompt & ask to synchronize or manage my pendrive when i insert my pendrive and i can't find pmp_usb.dll in winamp\plugins folder (only got pmp_ipod.dll, pmp_njb.dll, pmp_p4s.dll, etc).

pmp_usb.ini and winamp_cache_001.xml also can't be found in root folder of my pendrive (i already change setting to show all hidden & system files).

Hmm, strange...

Which one of the 3 was to blame?

I doubt if it was pmp_njb, but this means that one of pmp_ipod or pmp_p4s is wrongly detecting a usb pen/flash drive as a supported device....

[Edit]

Ahh, just seen the bit where you said Winamp 5.24

Old pmp_ipod bug, fixed a long time ago.
That's what you get for using old unsupported versions ;-)
