How To Play Video_TS Folder?

A friend gave me a concert data disc and I put the files on my HD. It also came with a simple media-type player program where I could go to File>Open folder on the file's folder named 'video_ts' and the movie would play. I would like to know how I can setup Winamp to do this (some setting in 'preferences'?)instead of using that little player. Thnx!

That's a DVD. Winamp currently doesn't have DVD support

^ Well it is not a DVD. It is files on my HD. I gave the data disc back and then played the folder from the HD with File > Open Folder using the simple little player program. Thank you for reply.
