LARGE font skin?

My computer is hooked up to my TV. Winamp text is so fine that its almost impossible to read. I haven't found any skins that seem to read any clearer, can you change the font size anyhow? I Realize you can use the "double size" option, however this doesn't work with the "album list" plugin which is what i really need to read. the plugin does display the same skin as I choose in winamp, I just need one that reads clearer.

preferences > display > alter the playlist font size (default is 10)
