Random visualizations speed

I like switching between visualizations randomly, but it switches too fast. How do I get it to chill a bit and let it play out a little longer for my viewing pleasure? I've scoured the settings and found nothing obvious.

For AVS (Advanced Visualization Studio) [list=1][*] Right-click in AVS window > AVS Editor[*] Settings > Prests/Hotkeys[*] change the 'Every ## seconds' to increase or decrease the amount of time before the next preset change[/list=1]For Milkdrop (while MD is Stoped/idle)...[list=1][*]Winamp > Ctrl+P[*]Plug-ins > Visualizations[*]highlight/select 'MilkDrop' > click the Configure button[*]preset intervals can be set in the 'transitions' tab[/list=1]
