Sample Rate Hostage

Anyone got a clue why when I play a tune in an editor at 44.1 hHz it behaves normally, but Winamp plays the same tune as if it's 8.8% slower and lower (like when a 48 kHz recording is played at 44.1 kHz sample rate)?

Please post the following:

1. List Of Plugins
2. Soundcard details

Are you using some 3rd-party Winamp Output Plugin, or maybe a DSP/Effects plugin?

What file format are the effected files? mp3, wav, ogg, flac, wma, m4a, other?
