Removing folders from library

I have most of my music on an external hard drive, but I like to keep some of the same music on my intermal hd. Now I have a ton of duplicates in my library and don't want to remove them song by song. I just want to tell winamp to no longer look in a certain folder. ie "remove media from library", which I cannot find in any menus.

Is there a way to do this?

So... you don't want Winamp looking in a certain folder(s) any longer? Then just do this...

Ctrl+P for Winamp preferences > Media Library > Local Media > Watch Folders tab

Under "Watch Folder Settings", remove or add folders as needed. Other options/settings can be selected there as well.
