I am from ukraine
I am using winamp 5.52 and find a bug in id3tag

sory ... bad englisgh

when i try a change id3v1(all has been empty) of song "Bezpe4niy angel.mp3" i type in Title "Bezpe4niy angel" and Artist "Ariya" a winamp will not dislay a new id3 in playlist but id3v1 saved.

and when i go to empty id3v2 and click "copy to id3v1"
and id3v1 now empty. why empty id3v2 erase filled id3v1?

and even greater: in playlist song update only when i fill id3v2, but id3v1 was filled.

If Winamp doesn't update the playlist title when you edit the file info, select the file(s) that you changed and then press the Misc button and go to Misc -> Read extended info on selection (Ctrl + Alt + E) or just use that hotkey.

If you go to an empty ID3v2 tab and copy that empty info to ID3v1 what do you expect? Of course it will erase the ID3v1 data as that is what you told it to do. If you want to copy ID3v1 into ID3v2 then use the button on the ID3v1 tab which says "Copy to ID3v2".

As for your last point, I don't understand what you mean. If you enter data into the fields on the Basic Info tab then it will write to ID3v1 and v2 based on your settings for in_mp3.
