Mondrian Art Stopmotion Animation

I made this small stopmotion animation after I saw a lot of Mondrian's paintings in a local museum the other day. I thought it would be a nice idea to try to animate some of his Composition pieces.
It is surely not the best I ever made but perhaps still fun to watch?

nice work! i made some short animations with lego. i know how much work it is, but it looks good.

I liked it, but would have preferred a direct overhead shot. Nice work with the clay.

Ok, first of, thanks that you all liked my animation :-)

Second: the creation process.
During one weekend friday- 18.00 until sunday 23.00
I worked on the first half, until the point the original painting was ready.

The second half, when it all goes crazy I shot the next weekend. So some 60 hours in all. Working very concentrated, living on cheap beer and junk-food :-)

I'm planning a new project in august/september so maybe i will also post it here!
