PLEASE URGENT HELP

Wishing you spending best times I have encountered a bad problem & I need your URGENT help:

I am a winamp skinner & so I have (or better say HAD) an account. its a long time that I login by my browser coockies or maybe my MSN messenger logged on, so I don't login manually, today that didn't work & so I had to enter my user name & password. I tried times & times & I didn't succeed.

I see it necessary to say that I tried "recover passwored" & entered my username & that said my password was sent to my e-mail address but that I checked & that was not sent.
& after that even "recover passwored" no longer knew my username as a existed one.

There is another thing I have to say & that is some days after I was took to my page (by my browser)I tried times to change my username & password so that I have it in my mind but after that when I would click 'edit my profile' again my old user name & password(as short number of astriks) was displayed..... ooops a long post- sorry

Now I have an ordered skin that I should publish it soon so PLEASE tell me what can I do?

Hmmm... I don't really understand what happened, but if you still have a copy of your skin why don't you just get a new new screenname and start from the beginning?
