winamp closes as soon as it loads my device

this is a crappy way to get help that I need today.

I have a mp3 ploayer made by Siren and each and every time it loads now, winamp closes as soon as it loads the device into the media library. yesterday I was able to create a playlist and send it to the device, but only after re-installing winamp., I have since upgraded to the latest version and now, each and every time it loads the device, it immediately closes.

I have that same problem. I just bought a Siren. Like it so far. But Winamp kept closing down!!!

Any suggestions?
