Ipod Compatibility Issue/Question
My Ipod has sections on the main screen for Podcasts and under Music, there is a heading for Audio Books.
I'm wondering if there is a way for my podcasts (that I download with winamp) to end up in the podcast section of the Ipod, and for Audio Books to end up in the appropriate section on the Ipod Menu after I sync my Ipod with winamp. How can I designate my AudioBooks as such? The podcasts are clearly in the podcast section of the menu in Winamp. But how do I assure that both of these Item Types end up in the appropriate section on the menu of the Ipod. Redundancy for clarity. Or is it even possible yet? Maybe a suggestion for future versions of Winamp? |

do you sync your ipod using winamp or itunes if you use itunes you can import the podcasts into that player and sync that way if you sync using winamp you have to tell it to sync the podcasts as well
thanks rob (c)rob 2013 (picture & SN) (please note) As users we can't give others help unless we get full details of the problem that you are having |

I used winamp to sync and it did sync the podcasts subscription downloads in winamp, but not to the podcast directory of the ipod.
I recently switched to linux (Ubuntu Hardy Heron) so I'm haveing to learn all new apps. THanks for the reply. I wonder if winamp will run using wine. Maybe I can still use it. |
