Can't change skins

well i have had winamp for ever and i upgraded to the newest version and for some reason i can't change my skins i download them put them in the skins folder for winamp and all i can get is the classic and i am tired of that one.

That has been fixed (issue #14) for the next release of Winamp, please don't ask for a ETA.
