mouse scroll wheel for track rewind/fast forward

mouse scroll wheel

with winamp, the default action of the mouse scroll wheel is to adjust the volume up & down

does anybody know how to change this so that the mouse scroll wheel can be used to rewind/fast forward the playing track instead

if you click the mouse wheel button while you scroll...it advances the track

ive tried what you said and that doesnt work for me.
