iPod Not Going Past 40%

Well, I'm trying to use Winamp to sync my iPod with my library, and every time it gets to 40%, it crashes.
How can I fix this?
I'm on Windows XP SP2, my ipod is an ipod video 30 gB.

Oh, forgot to mention...
I'm using the Rockbox firmware on my iPod.
