Why 11 Countries Dont Have It Translated To Porguguese?

Today we have for about 11 countries where Portuguese is spoken as official language, Why dont we have Winamp translated? it s hard to understand. It appears to be some preconcept that latins/african dont have the rights to use computers or something! but in another hand... we have winamp in spanish! its not so similiar, the portuguese, brazilian and the african people have a real need to use it translated.

Please!!! I use winamp since 2.0 version or something and i never used that way.

Any explanation about it?

because no one has bothered to make one yet is most likely the answer and because it's not one of the languages that is deemed financially worth providing an official translation. so either you need to start making a language pack or hope that someone else starts one. i know someone was looking to do a portuguese-br variant but that'll probably be finished at some stage after the next release i'd have thought.

Yes, currently these are the only languages that have been translated and are offered for download (taken from the download page)...

Nobody has volunteered or come forth yet to CREATE one!

So... do you speak and write Portuguese?
Then why don't you volunteer to create one?
