New Version Will Not Come Up

I've tried installing the newer version of Winamp, before this new release, but it did as this one did. I install, do everything like I should, but when I go to pull it up, it says 'Error' 'Winamp has encountered a problem and needs to close.' Then there are times the winamp application is shown, but you can't click on anything, and another error message comes upon the screen 'Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe R6025 - pure virtual function call.'

Anyone know what this is, and could help me to fix it?

could you send a list of plugins and a hijack this log so we can further help you
