just a thought if music helps one express things in ones life

a thought just came to me that was if music helps me express problems & solutions in my life then how come the solutions hurt way damn more than the expression of letting music in my life make me aware there is a problem needin to be solved but it hurts so damn bad solvin the prob , but i feel music gets me back in focus through the probs but it i dont feel any pain or hurt or anxiety and then when a problem in my life is solved and music guides me through it it hurts so damn bad i just wanna smash somethin
