can anyone help me with source codes for the lame encoder|
i was supposed to take a class in it but schedule had changed

What do you want to do with the source Codes? Maybe not the best place to be learning C if you know nothing about it.

unless there is an easier way to get the current lame encoder (all i can find are source codes) i just need to know how to get the files set right (right order and everything)

Yeah. It's already been reported and is fixed for the 5.54 final release. Just go back a page or two in this thread and you'll see it's been taken care of...
