media library window

hi
i have version 5.5.3.1924 installed.
every time i open winamp i get the media library/visualisation/video/browser window open. is there any way to turn this off, or even better is there a light weight version of winamp without all the bloat?
videos are opened from another app
i never watch visuzlisations
i already have a web browser
i do not want winamp to try and manage my music.
all i want is a light weight mp3 player than can stream from an ip via a .pls

Although that was probably a bug in 5.53 Bento skin (latest public release is 5.531, latest public beta is 5.54 Beta, with 5.54 final due imminently)... you can just switch to a different skin (eg. Winamp Modern or Classic, instead of Bento).

If you don't require the ML or Vis etc, then you could've unchecked them in the Installer Options, or downloaded Lite instead of Full.
