Playing a URL on Startup

Sorry if this is obvious, but I couldn't find it in the docs or forum.

I'd like to use the Windows Scheduler to start Winamp and have it automatically start playing from a URL (an Internet radio program). I can get it to start playing a file, but not a URL. I guess I'm looking for the correct command line syntax for that. Something like:

"Winamp http://http://www.live365.com/play/....=pls"

but I can't make that work.
