Will Winamp work with DRM subscription music
I have not downloaded Winamp, and probably will not on this computer unless I know it works with DRM subscription music, namely from the Zune marketplace. I have a Zune pass and have around 20,000 songs downloaded with it. they are all on my harddrive in comparable file formats i.e. MP3 and WMA, but they are all DRM as well.
I'd like to get Winamp for it's size and also for the mods I can get for it. so, whats the verdict? |

Well, I don't want winamp to support my Zune device.
And I did not see Zune specifically listed for supported DRM on the faq, it just listed a bunch of randoms, and simply left it that yes it supports DRM playback. I want to know if it specifically supports Zune DRM. Could care less if it supports the Zune device. Thats what my Zune software is for. |

Yes, I play songs I downloaded from Napster with a subscription all the time, and it should work with other subscription services as well because hey all work basically the same way. Whether it will sync subscription songs to an MP3 player, I haven't tried, but it definitely plays them.
