Same problem

Same issue. While the "findmyorder.com" site lets me log in with my order number and password, the winamp site doesn't recognize my order number, and winamp won't let me re-enter my registration key. Because of that I can't even contact support--it just keeps telling me "No orders were found" and won't let me submit it.
