Computer issue.
I've got this computer up here at my workplace. I bought a USB wifi adapter to hop on the wifi connection.. but I'm not able to get the onboard audio to show up. Motherboard is Intel D845GERG2. There are no unknown devices in device manager, I've reinstalled the chipset drivers.. and there is no option to turn audio on or off in BIOS (but I did reset it to defaults which had no effect).
Am I missing something? There are in/out audio ports in both front and back. O_o Installing the audio driver for AC97 listed on the Intel site for the mobo results in "Driver not found! Restart your system and run this setup again".. :[ Some proprietary system.. omni tech corporation yeah, i'm back. |
