Run all system audio through Winamp

Its kind of hard to explain what I want to do, but I basically want to run all sound thats played (weather it be from a web browser or any other program) through winamp, and played from there. The reason for this is because I want all audio to sound like my music does when its played through winamp(with the DSP effects I have enabled, the equalizer, etc). I was looking around and noticed there was a LineIn plugin, which kinda pokes at what I want to do, but not exactly. Any help?
