When you're talking about Shoutcast, you're in the wrong forum^^

Go to Record Control and set the checkmark to "What U Hear" / "Stereo Mixer" (depends on your soundcard)

Then unmute the microphone
Then set a good volume level for your microphone on the sc dsp and then it should work
