NSIS Error Error launching installer

Hello i have a problem, i download games alot online and out of nowhere i get these messages when i want to install them i dont kno wat caused it and i need help wit this
It happens wit everything i try to install, i even tried to install ccleaner and it said the same thing Error launching installer so it happened when i wanteed to update my limewire:S
