Skins not changing

For some reason when i try to change the skin on my Winamp player it doesnt change and i cant find the skin that i downloaded and instaled.

It is just modern skins that don't download? Try reinstalling Winamp and make sure that 'Modern Skin Support' is check-marked in the 'User Interface Extensions' branch in the Chose Components section (page/window 4) of the installer.
