Crash during setup.

I have downloaded the latest version of winamp . But whilst trying to install it , it crashes during the 1st setup screen.

error message :

Run AVG by chance?

This is an issue with AVG and not winamp.

zlib.dll is fine, AVG is wrong. Yes, Antivirus scanners can occasionally be wrong.

Update your AVG templates/definitions with "Update now" and it should be resolved. I submitted the zlib.dll that was causing the false positive to them through the vault's function for this and they appear to have fixed it; the file is no longer being detected as anything bad.
