View filter not working?

Ok, I've got my podcasts tagged with Podcast as the Genre.

I've got a smart view thingy set up, with the filter set to
Genre equals Podcast

That works fine, and the podcasts show up in there.

In my audio view, I've got a filter for
Genre does not equal Podcast
but the podcasts still show up in there.

Anyone know why this would be?
