Unlock code not working. Unable to contact support

Ok, so I purchased winamp pro 3 days ago, but when I tried to enter my unlock code, it said invalid. I tried emailing support, but have yet to receive a response. I tried submitting a service request, but everytime I try, I get a mailer-daemon failure message in my email inbox. I have been satisfied with the product this far, but this is ridiculous! I seriously need someone to contact me as this seems to be my last resort.
