Something Funny about Skin Library

I've found something funny about the Skin Library on the site.
The grading of my skin has jumped from 3 stars to 4 stars, even I haven't made any change or modification! However, there is still no comment from reviewer yet.
Is that there is someone now re-reviewing the skins? It would be better if he/she/they(?) give(s) some comment. ^_^

About 2-3 weeks ago Winamp changed their review system to a public reviewing system. Anyone that's registered has the ability to rate your skin now.

Yeah, that's why there are no.. (yes "NO") 5 stars skins AT ALL....... damn
