File Tag

I've been looking for information and haven't found what I was looking for. If someone knows the specific place that would be helpful otherwise...

When using the Auto Tag feature the file itself is not getting the information assigned to the file name or moving the files within the folder structure. Should it be happening? If not then the music will have to be retagged on each computer or device correct???

Winamp edits the tag information stored within the file. it does NOT rename or move files.

That makes sense. Is there a tool that can read that tag information and change the filenames?
