Winamp: Random Volume Changes

So this seems to be an ongoing problem for me for some reason. Music plays fine in WMP, but in winamp there are random volume changes (hard to explain, it goes from normal volume which I select to like a bit quiter for like 5-10 seconds then goes back to the original volume).

So I guess it oscillates the volume as it plays the track.

Speakers are not a problem as the track plays fine in WMP.

Mobo:

ASROCK 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0 (5.1 CH Windows Vista Premium Level HD Audo - ALC662 Codec). Using Realtek sound panel, Audio driver version: 5.10.0.5519

Attached a HiJackThis log.

Thanks for the help!

It's a fresh Winamp install, I haven't changed any of the settings or added any plugins. Do I have to change to the DirectSound Output? (How do I do that )
