Start Up Error Help--NON AVG

The other day, Winamp worked fine. I use it ti manage my Ipod. 554.1. Last night, went to use and got an error from Windows and would close. Ipod was not connected. I uninstalled, deleted files, reinstalled, did Sustem registry clean and still error. I do not use AVG as virus but Norton. The box states a log is being created. So, any suggestions on a) outright fix, b) tell me where log is so I can copy/paste for expert review.
