Access violation

I ripped Dire Straits: Brothers In Arms. It plays ok, but before every
song it gives the following error:

"Access violation at address 069D8B62 in module
'gen_winmood_collector.dll'. Read of address 72617372."

It does not matter if I press 'ok' or not, the song will play ok anyway. Windows media player plays it without errors. How
can I get rid of the error message? Some other ripped CD's give a similar error.

I have also experienced some problems probably related to Gracenote
CDDB. For some CD's Winamp says that no pic's found, although I find
them if I enter Gracenote web page (for example: Gogol Bordello: Super
Taranta!). With Maria Mena: Cause & Effect Winamp stopped responding, but was
still playing the CD ok.

I'm using Windows Vista.

Otherwise you have a great product!

Best regards,
srz

Sounds like a bunk third-party plugin to me, which Winamp/Nullsoft has no control over with. Delete gen_winmood_collector.dll from the Program Files\Winamp\plugins folder.
