How to download songs....

Yes as you can tell I am a newbbie.

. Well I don't know how to download songs to Winamp. Two question.

Is the songs free?
and
When I do access the downalod page I left click "high speed" I hit download, and then it brings me up to Itunes.

Sorry to ask a stupid question

Winamp is a media player, it does not give you access to free music.
