No Service Associated with my port???

I just checked in at Radio Tool box to see whats up with my shoutcast server and got this message..

63.175.158.153:8000 is Closed

Reason Given: Connection refused
More about this error: This essentially means that the port is open to the internet but has no services associated with it. There is no firewall protection on this port.

What exactly does this message imply and why is there no service because I do have the winamp thingy up and running with the relevant plug in.

I have also tested my port using both my IP address and my loopback address:8000 and got the admin. page which implies that the port is open and working.

I still however get that message from shoutcast "p.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 63.175.158.153:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused)."

What do I need to do to solve what looks like conflicting issues to me? I have been working on this for three days now and get the same circular problems.

I have forwarded ports 8000 - 8001 to my local IP address as I know I should but still no service.

I have tried everything I know, scoured this site and the net for solutions.. nothing works for me. Is there any help here?
