I heave a problem with reading video file. Only 1 file is not read.
Opening by WMP is correct

What is the file extension?
Is it .avc or .avi or .mp4 or other?

We ideally need to see a:
Media Info log for the problem video
dxdiag log
List Of Plugins
List of DS filters Winamp says its using when you try to play said video

ps. If you're using v5.5 then we recommend that you upgrade to v5.541
