Playlist Decoding for Old Winamp.

Hello.

First time poster and I'm posting because I took a gander through the forums and couldn't find any answer to my problem.

I have Windows Vista 64bit and I just installed an old version of winamp 5.12 lite because I like the simpleness of it all. I have used it for years and that is what I'm comfortable with.

I can't for the life of me get the settings back to the way I used to have them though in regards to the playlist displaying the song name.

I used to have it on my old computer so the playlist simply displayed the filename of the songs I have on my computer and that is it. I hate all the embedded id3 tags because they are all incorrect or named differently than other so I chose to name all my song filenames in the way I liked and then had winamp display that so I could find any song I wanted easily and didn't have random information about any given song displayed in the playlist because an id3 tag said something random like track 6 in or something along those lines.

Anyways, when I used to load multiple songs in my winamp it would read track length on load and nothing else, and simply display filename.

FOr some reason I can't find the trick to do that again though.

WHat I have tried is:
1) Setting the "read metadata" to different settings.
2) I have tried toggling the "advanced title formatting" on/off and
3) I have also gone into the plugins > input and opened NUllsoft Mpeg1 Mpeg2 Audio Decoder selecting the title/tags option and unchecking the "read id3v1/v2 tags for titles" box

I have a feeling option 3 should be what I'm looking for but when I selected that It seemed to ignore me anyways and continue to display the embedded tags in my mp3's.
I tried closing opening winamp and whatnot but no luck so far.

Help?

In the ATF display format box (Prefs -> Titles) that you claimed to have looked at. It will work fine with Winamp's default settings.
