SHOUTcast yp issues Post here !!!

Please Post any issues with the shoutcast yp / listings
in this thread please so we can pass on the info to the techs.

What should be fixed now:-
*stations dropping on and off the yp
*widget search problems
*Stations with 0 listeners not listing
*genre search on classic not working

Any other problems post below.

Well, I am having an issue that the yp drops the station after a while. From what Nick@ss tells me everything seems to be right considering we are on shoutcast and then will disappear and some time later we will reappear.

Shoutcast won't display streams with 0 listeners right now. The search function on shoutcast.com is not showing any stations that have 0 listeners for some reason. If you had to reboot, you are SOL until it's fixed. Your server probably has a static IP that's saved in your real player, so it finds your station. If you are listening at home with real player, then you have 1 listener and it shows on the YP. If you aren't, then it won't be searchable until at least one listener is shown or they fix the problem.
For a while yesterday you couldn't search and find anything. (type a key word that appears in the top 20s list and it can't find that station) Then the genre and key word search started working late yesterday, but no stations with 0 listeners are displayed yet.
classic.shoutcast.com doesn't work at all! It's been broken since thursday. Try searching for any genre, even the station displayed on the main page, and it won't show up. Hope they fix it soon.

Oh yeah, and as of right now, we still haven't shown back up on Shoutcast.

I checked again and now the entire Shoutcast site shows an error message:

Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

And now its working and we are showing up again!

Thanks a lot, ShoutCast programmers, everything fixed! If you want to pick a humble advice, why not also show at least the current number of listeners in the beta new ShoutCast directory, a perfect sign of your world wide popularity, thanks to your globalization democratically kind musical gift to the world? They're already, in average, twice the size of the second city (without counting neighborhoods, but it's approaching this...) in my country, men!!!
