Volume issue

Hi,

If I lower the volume in Winamp the volume of my entire system becomes lower.

If I mute the music in Winamp and want to watch a video on Youtube the Sound of Youtube is muted too. How can I fix this problem?

Try using DirectSound output instead of waveOut

Winamp > Ctrl+P > Plugins > Output > highlight/select > DirectSound

The highlighted plug-in is the current/active one.
