can not see video on second monitor

How do I move my video's to my second monitor? I have the second monitor configured correctly, but still no luck. I tried double clicking on the video, and also tried to drag it, but still no luck. Thanks for your time in this matter.

winamp does not use the windows component that sends video to 2nd display so as of this moment (unless there is a plugin)winamp will not send the video to the 2nd display
