Simply exclude subfolders in Smart View

Hi!

I wonder how can I simply exclude all of the subfolders in the Smart view without adding the "filename NOTHAS" tags to each of them. Ex:

-[My Music]
|+[Led Zeppelin]
|+[King Crimson]
|+[Pink Floyd]
|
Bill Withers - Aint No Sunshine.mp3
Slipknot - Wait and Bleed.mp3
Snow - Informer.mp3

Here I would see only these 3 song above on the Smart view List and none of Led Zeppelin, KC or Pink Floyd.

Since I have several dozens of subfolders, it would be nice if I could exclude them for all time with only one script.
