Playback qualtity

Recently, there is a playback quality problem. It plays sluggishly (last for about a half second each time ) , particularly once play at high peak.

I have tried to reinstall winamp with default setting and updated the latest sound card driver.

And I have try WMP, no thus problem.

After installing Fraunhofer MPEG Layer-3 Audio Decoder, it still no help........... what else i can do ?
