Strange Winamp freeze on startup

Alright this is really weird. I open Winamp, and it opens normally, but then freezes. Nothing is displayed where the Media Library should be, and it is completely frozen. Ending the process works, but it takes literally five solid minutes for it to end.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and the same thing happens. I have no idea what to do, because I don't really know what I should search for on Google.

So here is a screenshot, and I hope you guys know what's going on. Thanks in advance.

Please provide Winamp & system specs. Looks like you are using Vista, if so is Winamp running under Administrator? If not Vista are you using a shell/desktop enhancer?

Please do not PM me for tech support. Any request for tech support through PM will be ignored.
