WMA pro 10 decoder fully implemented?

Hi!

I was wandering what version of WMA pro winamp support in decoding? I know it can read WMA pro 10, but any WMA pro 9 decoder can also read v10 files but without decoding all the available features in the new version...

So, Is the WMA decoder in Winamp is really a v10 compliant or only a v9?
