Transfer from ipod into computer

Hi, I'm using a pmp_ipod and don't know how to transfer music from my ipod into my computer. I know I've done it before long ago, and I think it was with an older version of winamp. But now I just can't figure out how to do this process. So if anyone could please help me on this, I'd really appreciate it.

EDIT: I'm using Windows Vista, if that helps.
