Play all files in a folder when no live stream

There is this shoutcast option that lets you stream a file instead when there is no live stream and stop when a DJ connects.
Is it possible to define a folder from which it plays all files randomly?
Since it should be easy to maintain it shouldn't be a playlist of multiple files, just randomly all files in a folder.

Randomly, this is possible with sc_trans beta I believe. Other than that, you need to use a backup file, in which you are limited to a single mp3.
