cannot hear music in vista as a normal user

Hi.
I'm using winamp 5.55. When i start winamp as a normal user under windows vista, i cannot hear any sound. The song is playing, but there's no music. However, when i start winamp as an administrator, everything's going well. I set all possible permissions for normal user on winamp folder and i'm sure i haven't got any device muted.
