Auto-expanding across top of screen

This has been bugging me for a while, and i haven't found how to defeat it.

Whenever i move a player to the top of the screen to snap/dock to the desktop's border i often move my cursor too close to the desktop's top boundary the player will auto expand across the top. This would be only a mild frustration if when clicking and dragging it back down to return it to normal size the damn thing didn't then move to the far left of monitor two. This is virtually a given when working in WindowShade mode, as the range to auto-expand is about a third the height of the shade itself. This wasn't the case in earlier versions, and it would be a ridiculously stupid UI feature to add without including an ability to deactivate.

So, anybody know of a way to turn it off?

Main Menu -> Window Settings -> Docked Toolbar -> uncheck Doch/Undock Windows by Dragging

Thanks, i greatly appreciate it! I went through the menus and thought i had tried all potential settings, but obviously missed that one.
